Pricing FAQ

What's the contract length?

Annual contracts, auto-renewing. 60 days written notice to cancel before renewal.

What happens at renewal? Can the price change?

We give 90 days advance notice on any price change. No silent uplift.

Does the pilot fee really credit 100% toward my first tier?

Yes. €5,000 pilot fee — fully credited if you commit to any tier within 30 days of pilot end. Independent of which tier you pick.

What counts as a "course" or a "user"?

Nothing counts. All tiers are flat. Add as many courses and as many users as you want, pricing does not change.

Is setup an extra fee?

No. Standard setup is bundled into your annual fee. Larger or multi-region rollouts get scoped quotes.

Where is my data hosted? What about GDPR?

EU-hosted by default. On-premise deployment available for Enterprise and Global Platform. GDPR-ready out of the box. Full security FAQ on request.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade any time on a pro-rated basis. Downgrade at renewal.
